The production processes are completely automated.Injection compression mouldingThe Carat tank series is produced via injection compression moulding using a system designed especially for GRAF. It is the largest machine of its type in the world!Blow mouldingDecorative above-ground containers for rainwater storage, as well as other products, are manufactured in a process called extrusion blow moulding.Extruder weldingDividing walls are automatically welded inside Carat septic tanks using an articulated robot.Tool maintenanceOur tools are checked on a regular basis and are adjusted and repaired where necessary. This ensures that our products maintain a high standard of quality.WarehousingA storage area of 155,000 square metres is located at the Teningen site so that our wide product range remains available for supply all year round.LogisticsCountless shipments leave the Teningen plant each day. These shipments are picked and prepared for shipping in a logistics area totalling 3,000 square metres.ShippingEach day, numerous truck and container shipments are dispatched from this site. GRAF products are also transported to remote areas via global logistics.
