Graf continues to grow in Europe
The Graf Group, Teningen, is taking over the company Sotralentz in Skierniewice, Poland. The company will operate under the name Graf Polska. This takeover sees the Graf Group extending its expertise for local wastewater disposal and consolidating its market positioning as the leading provider of water management systems in Europe.
"Graf Polska constitutes the basis for the systematic expansion of our sales activities and production capacities in Eastern Europe", explains Managing Director Otto P. Graf. Being part of the Graf Group will allow Graf Polska to offer significantly more products and services in the future. The takeover will also see the marketing activities being stepped up in Poland and Eastern Europe.
The company, which is based to the southwest of Warsaw, has 20 years' experience in the production and marketing of products for local wastewater disposal as well as rainwater and heating oil tanks for the Eastern European market.
In addition to the existing subsidiaries in France, Spain, Great Britain, Australia and China, this move shows the Graf Group’s growth with a new, strategically important location. The company currently generates revenue in excess of EUR 95 million and has a workforce of around 450 employees worldwide. Graf already generates over 50% of its revenue abroad – with this figure set to rise in the future.
